meals

so I kinda ditched the menu thing, but since it takes me so long to cook I make things ahead and put it in the fridge or freezer including desserts.

Then when ready all I have to do is put it in the oven and voila! Yay me!

realistic dreams

The other night I dreamed that I discovered I could walk. It was so realistic I thought it was real, but then I woke up and it wasn't. I was sad, but I got over it.
